An organization may nominate one employee for the TOP COP Award. After the nomination is reviewed, we will contact the nominator with the final decision of the TOP COP Board.

Each TOP COP, along with their nominator, will be invited as our guest to the luncheon. Organizations are encouraged to purchase a table and/or additional seats to accommodate their leadership, staff, and other guests.

During the event, each TOP COP will be called to the stage to receive the TOP COP Certificate and Medallion. A photograph of the presentation will be taken and made available for download from our website.

If an organization wishes to nominate more than one TOP COP, it will be responsible for the cost of the additional seats. Consideration will be given if two or more employees are nominated for the TOP COP Award for their involvement in the same incident.
