INSTRUCTIONS

The Law Enforcement and Security Coalition of Hawaii invites federal, state and local law enforcement agencies and private security organizations in Hawaii to actively participate in the TOP COP Award Ceremony. Each organization may nominate no more than one TOP COP involved in an incident between October last year and September this year. More than one person may be nominated from the organization if involved in the same incident.

All nominators will be notified of disposition of their nomination. The nominator and nominee will be invited to attend the award ceremony. 

Nominations should be received by September 1.

The award committee’s deliberations are confidential and all decisions are final.

We recommend creating nomination in a separate editor and copy-pasting it into this form.

SYNOPSIS
Nominators are asked to prepare a 500 word essay explaining why their nominee should be considered for the TOP COP Award. Please be as specific as possible and include dates, times, and locations. Please, save your own copy of the synopsis before submitting.
