President, Law Enforcement and Security Coalition of Hawaii

The Board of Directors of the Law Enforcement and Security Coalition of Hawaii hope you have remained safe during these challenging times. The pandemic has tested our resolve and now it is time to cautiously get back to normal.

We look forward to hosting TOP COP Hawaii live and in person and cordially invite you to attend. This major event recognizes our local, state, federal and military law enforcement personnel and security professionals who have distinguished themselves over the past year.

I am excited to serve my first term as president and humbled at the opportunity to serve you. We send out our heartfelt thanks to Jim Frame who is stepping down as president and taking on a director’s position. Jim’s steadfast guidance has taken us to new heights and we appreciate his leadership. Along with Jim, the excellent work of our board, and with your support, we will create an event that truly honors our men and women in law enforcement and security that deserve our recognition and appreciation for the good work they perform everyday.

There are several options for you to support this event and all can be found here on our website:
• Platinum, Diamond, or Gold Level Sponsors
• Silent Scholarship Donor
• Nominate a TOP COP from your organization.

We thank you in advance for your support and hope to see you at the 2022 TOP COP Awards Ceremony. In the meantime, stay safe and take care of one another.
