Message from the President

Aloha and Welcome to TOP COP Hawai‘i,

As we celebrated our 40th Anniversary, we extend our heartfelt thanks to the donors, sponsors, and supporters who made our mission possible. Your generosity allows us to recognize the men and women who serve and protect Hawai‘i with courage, integrity, and aloha. Our donors are proudly listed on this website, and we encourage everyone to support these community-minded partners whenever possible.

Congratulations to all our 2025 TOP COPs for your well-earned recognition. There is more information on each TOP COP on the Awards Page of this website. We also took great pride in honoring Florence T. Nakakuni and Paul W. Meyer on their Lifetime Achievement Award, Michael J. Kitchens from Stolen Stuff Hawai‘i for receiving the Randall W. Mack Award, Hawai‘i HIDTA for receiving the Donald E. Devaney Award, and the Behavior Intervention Team, University of Hawai‘i, West O‘ahu for receiving the Outstanding Organization Award. Each embodies the spirit of service and excellence that defines our profession.

We look forward to welcoming you to the next TOP COP Hawai‘i Awards Ceremony on Friday, October 30, 2026, at the Ala Moana Hotel, Hibiscus Ballroom. Together, we continue to honor our TOP COPs in Hawaii!

Jeremiah Pahukula Jr., CPP
