As we reflect on the success of our 41st Annual TOP COP Hawai‘i Awards Luncheon, held on October 30, 2026, at the Ala Moana Hotel, we extend our heartfelt congratulations to this year’s 48 TOP COPS and sincere appreciation to everyone who helped make this celebration possible. With more than 350 guests in attendance, the event was a wonderful reminder of the community’s support for those who dedicate themselves to keeping Hawai‘i safe. For more than four decades, TOP COP Hawai‘i has proudly recognized the extraordinary men and women who serve our communities with courage, dedication, and aloha.

We are especially proud to recognize our 2026 Special Award recipients: the Domestic Violence Action Center, our Organization of the Year; Jessica Lani Rich, recipient of the Randal Mack Award; the Department of Law Enforcement's Illegal Fireworks Task Force, recipient of the Don Devaney Award; and our Lifetime Achievement Award honorees, James E.
