TOP COP Hawaii has recognized excellence in law enforcement and security for the past 38 years and is excited to invite you to TOP COP Hawaii 2024 to be held on Friday, October 18, 2024, at the Ala Moana Hotel, Hibiscus Room. This is a wonderful opportunity for us to express our appreciation and acknowledge the efforts of our law enforcement and security professionals in Hawaii.  

During this celebration, we will recognize our local, state, federal and military law enforcement personnel and security professionals who have made a significant contribution towards the safety and security of our community. There are several options available for you to support this effort:

On behalf of the Law Enforcement and Security Coalition of Hawaii, I’m excited to
extend our heartfelt congratulations to our 2024 TOP COPs and our distinguished
awardees: the Visitor Aloha Society of Hawaii (VASH), Jeffrey Owens, CTM, the Maui
Police Department Forensic Facility, the family of the late Randall W. Mack, CPP, the
family of the late David “Kawika” Talisman, and Gervin Miyamoto. Each of these
individuals has demonstrated exceptional service and professionalism in keeping our
island safe and secure.

TOP COP Hawaii honors the dedication of our local, state, federal, and military law
enforcement personnel and security professionals who have excelled over the past
year. Our recent event on October 18, 2024, at the Ala Moana Hotel was a tremendous
success, thanks to the attendees and our generous sponsors (who are recognized
here). We encourage you to support them whenever possible.

Please mark your calendars for the 40th Annual TOP COP Hawaii Award Ceremony on
October 17, 2025, at the Ala Moana Hotel. We also invite you to save the date for the
ASIS International Hawaii Chapter Golf Tournament on April 4, 2025. This tournament
helps fund the TOP COP Award Ceremony and provides scholarships for local college
students pursuing degrees in Criminal Justice. It promises to be a fun event for a worthy
cause.
