TOP COP Hawaii has recognized excellence in law enforcement and security for the past 38 years and is excited to invite you to TOP COP Hawaii 2024 to be held on Friday, October 18, 2024, at the Ala Moana Hotel, Hibiscus Room. This is a wonderful opportunity for us to express our appreciation and acknowledge the efforts of our law enforcement and security professionals in Hawaii.
During this celebration, we will recognize our local, state, federal and military law enforcement personnel and security professionals who have made a significant contribution towards the safety and security of our community. There are several options available for you to support this effort:

As we celebrated our 40th Anniversary, we extend our heartfelt thanks to the donors, sponsors, and supporters who made our mission possible. We also took great pride in honoring Florence T. Nakakuni and Paul W. Meyer on their Lifetime Achievement Award, Michael J. Kitchens from Stolen Stuff Hawai‘i for receiving the Randall W. Mack Award, Hawai‘i HIDTA for receiving the Donald E. Devaney Award, and the Behavior Intervention Team, University of Hawai‘i, West O‘ahu for receiving the Outstanding Organization Award. Each embodies the spirit of service and excellence that defines our profession.

Since 1984, TOP COP Hawaii has honored outstanding individuals in law enforcement and security across the state. Our mission is to promote, encourage, and recognize excellence in public safety, both through our annual TOP COP Hawaii Awards Luncheon and our growing scholarship efforts to support the next generation of professionals.
